About the Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Care Coordinator to join our team at Frs Recruitment. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with individuals with intellectual disabilities, and to make a real difference in their lives. As a leader in residential care homes, this position requires an individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care, and who has excellent communication and leadership skills.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations in collaboration with line managers
- Communicate effectively with families, multidisciplinary teams, senior management, and the community
- Ensure individuals receive high-quality, person-centred care
- Manage and support a multi-disciplinary team

Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum Level 7 qualification in Social Care, Applied Social Care, or Nursing (Intellectual Disability, Psychiatric, General, or Children's)
- Relevant Management qualification
- CORU registration (where applicable)
- Full, clean driving license and own transport (manual)
- 3+ years in a managerial healthcare role
- Knowledge of HIQA standards and certification
- Strong organisational, analytical, and time management skills
- Proven leadership ability and experience in resource planning

Working Conditions
This role is based in a residential care home setting, and requires an individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will be required to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
