Senior Construction Manager Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client communications and prepare method statements and risk assessments for construction activities.
- Communicate with the project team to sequence installation of pipework and meet scheduled dates.
- Assess and manage the project commercially, ensuring it meets safety criteria and validates project requirements.
- Document and cost changes to work scopes, prepare monthly valuations, and final accounts.
- Manage Project Schedules and ensure labour requirements are met as per project program requirements.
- Maintain high-quality works and Sub Contractors' activities.
- Notify Project Management of variations and delays and ensure all plant materials onsite meet agreed specifications.
- Relevant Mechanical Qualification (e.g., B.Eng Degree, City & Guilds Certificate, HNC/BTEC or NVQ).
- Previous experience in a similar role within a Mechanical contracting environment.
- Pharmaceutical Project experience is advantageous.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills.
