We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused professional to join our Client Support Services team as a Quality Assurance Executive. Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating the Quality Assurance Monitoring programme for our Client Support Services Department. This involves conducting and recording quality checks on files, testing their suitability and appropriateness, and documenting QA activities and audit reports. The successful applicant will also be required to implement appropriate management information systems to enable reporting of the quality monitoring programme, maintain comprehensive documentation of testing processes, test cases, and test results, prepare and present regular reports on testing progress, defect status, and quality metrics to management and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications principally Word and Excel.
  • A minimum of five years' experience in the financial services sector.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
