Job Description

We are currently looking for a highly skilled Assistant Store Manager to join our team.

This role involves working on a 40-hour weekly contract, and being fully flexible to work throughout the week.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of a store, ensuring seamless customer experience.
  • Lead and motivate staff, providing coaching and training as needed.
  • Drive sales growth by effectively merchandising products and promoting services.
  • Prepare food and coffee to high standards.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
  • Identify and generate leads for fuel card sales.

About You:

  • A minimum of 2 years' retail management experience is required.
  • You must have a proven track record of delivering results and consistently exceeding expectations.
  • Excellent leadership skills are essential in this role, with a focus on driving customer service excellence.
  • Strong IT literacy and a desire to grow within the company are also desirable.
