Job Overview

  • Support manufacturing teams on critical issues, including major customer complaints, line-down situations, and validations.

  • Communicate regularly with customers and project managers on project status.
  • Serve as a technical resource and mentor for less experienced colleagues.
  • Drive continuous improvement through Lean, Kaizen, and quality tools.
  • Maintain strict adherence to Health & Safety and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • A third-level degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum five years' experience in a similar manufacturing or process engineering role.
  • Experience within the medical device sector or a regulated industry is advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with experience in structured methodologies such as FMEA and root cause analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with process validations, Lean principles, and technical report writing.
