The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth and efficient food and beverage operation, and contributing to the overall success of our hotel.

Key duties and responsibilities include:

  • Greeting regular guests by name and providing personalized service
  • Maintaining a good working knowledge of food and wine, making recommendations to enhance the guest experience

  • Upselling and maximizing sales revenue whenever possible
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Bar experience is essential
