Food & Beverage Supervisor

We are now recruiting for an F&B Supervisor for our restaurant & bar to join our team.
Key Responsibilities of this role are:- To follow agreed Brand Standards for service of Food & Beverage
- To serve all our guests in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner
- To ensure cleanliness levels are maintained to a high standard in the bar and restaurant
- To greet all guests in a warm and friendly manner
- To train & develop all Food & Beverage Staff to a high standard
- To deal with any customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times
The ideal candidate must have a professional and friendly approach, be a strong leader with experience in motivating, training and leading a large team, and must be focused on providing excellent customer service. They must be a team player and have the ability to multi-task. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail as well as good communication and time-keeping skills. A good level of spoken English is required.
This role is suitable for a candidate interested in pursuing a career in our Food & Beverage Management Team. Previous experience is desirable for this position.
