This is a Generalist HR Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled HR Administrator to join our team. As a trusted advisor, you will provide expert guidance on employment-related cases and support management teams in confidently handling people issues.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including absence tracking, probation reviews, and performance monitoring. You will also generate and analyze HR metrics to drive site improvements and lead projects such as policy updates, audits, and strategic HR initiatives.

Additionally, you will oversee recruitment activities, maintain accurate HR records, and ensure all HR processes are compliant and efficient. The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills, as well as high attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.

  • Prior experience in HR at Administrator level or above
  • CIPD qualified (or working towards) and holding a HR or equivalent 3rd level qualification
  • Strong ER case management experience and knowledge of employment law
  • Proficient in HR systems and MS Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint)
