Job Title: Senior Consumer Promotions Coordinator

 

Key Responsibilities:

Our Marketing team is seeking a highly skilled professional to join us in Dublin on a 12-month fixed-term contract working in a hybrid model. You will play a vital role in the executional implementation of multi-brand consumer on-pack promotion campaigns across up to 25 European markets.

 

Project Management Expertise:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including brand, external agencies, communications, design/artwork, legal, supply chain, quality, and finance teams.
  • Work closely with the Partnerships & Promotions Senior Brand Manager to deliver activations into market and support the execution of on-pack consumer promotions across Kellogg Europe.
  • Ensure European consumer promotions are executed with excellence, legally compliant, on time, and in line with wider business objectives.
  • Manage project budgets and collaborate with Finance & the Partnerships & Promotions Senior Brand Manager to ensure all accounting policies are followed.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent (Marketing subject preferred).
  • Strong influencing skills to drive internal alignment and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience in project management with proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with excellent attention to detail.
  • Marketing, shopper, or retail experience in an FMCG environment, particularly working with multi-national markets.
