Successful Clients Success Manager

We are seeking a Clients Success Manager to join our team and help deliver smarter IT solutions across Ireland. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone motivated by building lasting client partnerships, guiding clients through challenges, and ensuring they get the very best from their technology.
Key Responsibilities- Take ownership of a portfolio of client accounts, serving as their key point of contact.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders at all levels.
- Spot opportunities to drive recurring revenue through upsell, cross-sell, renewals, and projects.
- Collaborate with our technical team to design solutions and prepare proposals.
- Proactively engage with clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and long-term success.
- Maintain and manage a healthy pipeline of opportunities, ensuring accuracy and follow-through.
- 3+ years' account management experience in the MSP/IT sector.
- Client-focused, consultative approach.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with confidence at senior level.
- Commercially sharp with proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
