Successful Client Relationship Professional

The Account Manager will work collaboratively across multiple teams to maintain client relationships with key target accounts. They will identify opportunities and resolve issues or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:- Proactively own and manage the success of an assigned portfolio of clients.
- Drive recurring revenue by recognising opportunities for selling, upselling and cross-selling products and services.
- Build and maintain trusted long-term relationships with all stakeholders within the client account.
- Ability to structure and present compelling commercial propositions.
- Liaise with technical resources to architect solutions and prepare proposals.
- Minimum of 3 years of account management experience ideally in an MSP or within the IT or technology sector.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Cloud and Cybersecurity highly desirable.
- Strong influencing, negotiation and presentations skills.
- Commercially aware and driven with good business acumen.
- Proven ability to prioritise effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
