Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Advisor. This is a key role in our organization, requiring strong communication and organizational skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless delivery of our services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing client portfolios and delivering high-quality service
  • Assisting with client renewals and administrative tasks
  • Providing support to colleagues across various products
  • Reviewing policy documentation and building strong relationships with clients and underwriters
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A few years of relevant insurance experience
  • CIP qualification (minimum) or progression to ACII (desirable)
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, insurers, and colleagues
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize workload
  • Strong customer orientation and attention to detail
