">DescriptionThis is a key role in supporting our clients' communications planning process, working collaboratively with specialists to ensure the delivery of client briefs.
The Client Relationship Manager will assist in implementing projects, managing clients' communications plans including timelines and budgets, and communicating directly with the client as required.
Key responsibilities include assisting in creating composite media plans, ensuring media plans delivered by specialists are accurate and reflect the overall strategy, and translating specialist plans into a composite plan.
In addition, the Client Relationship Manager will assist in the audit and PCA process.
Team Collaboration:
Supporting team members in assisting new joiners to learn the role and up-skilling as required.
Operational Efficiency:
Responsible for accurate and timely invoicing to our clients.

Strong understanding of financial data and analysis.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
