Senior Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Client Relationship Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for independently managing senior client relationships and a field-based team, while being accountable for the full operational delivery.

  1. With experience of working within an FMCG environment, ideally with exposure to field sales, you will have a strong understanding of the industry and its challenges.
  2. As a successful Client Account / National Field Manager, you will have experience of leading, motivating and engaging a field sales team to deliver results.
  3. You will also have strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to translate data into a compelling story.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage senior client relationships and a field-based team
  • Develop and enact joint business plans with clients to deliver results
  • Provide effective and timely reporting on commercial insights from the field
  • Work in partnership with the in-house recruitment team to recruit and retain talent

  • Strong leadership qualities and commercial acumen
  • Ability to work autonomously and translate data into a compelling story
