Senior Client Relationship Manager

We seek a seasoned professional to manage client relationships, ensure contractual compliance, and facilitate collaboration between clients and suppliers.
Main Responsibilities:- Review proposals for commercial viability and identify potential risks.
- Negotiate contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Prepare contractual documents, such as licenses and non-disclosure agreements.
- Provide commercial and contractual advice to internal teams.
- Monitor and review internal processes to ensure alignment with company policy.
- Approve correspondence within contractual requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers to deliver projects successfully.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in contract management, negotiation, and administration, along with strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities.
Essential Requirements:
- Contract Management Experience: Proven expertise in managing contracts from inception to closure, ensuring timely completion and adherence to terms.
- Commercial Awareness: Strong understanding of commercial principles, including market trends, pricing strategies, and risk assessment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
