Client Relationship Manager

This is an exciting chance for driven individuals to deliver exceptional solutions and build long-term relationships with clients.
Main Responsibilities- Proactively manage client portfolios and serve as the primary point of contact.
- Identify opportunities for growth, upselling, and cross-selling services and products.
- Maintain strong, trusted relationships with all stakeholders within client accounts.
- Present compelling commercial propositions and work with technical resources to architect solutions and prepare proposals.
- Drive new business development by researching, qualifying, contacting, presenting, and closing new clients.
- Grow existing client relationships by proactively engaging and influencing stakeholders.
- Understand customer key business issues and recommend ways to deliver value.
- Manage pipelines of opportunities at named accounts, including renewals, projects, and share improvement initiatives.
- A minimum of 3 years of account management experience preferably in a managed services provider or IT/technology sector.
- Strong influencing, negotiation, and presentation skills to communicate effectively at peer and senior management levels.
- Commercial awareness and drive with good business acumen.
- Ability to prioritise effectively and deliver results in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple opportunities.
