This is a great job for someone who has Asset management or insurance industry knowledge, particularly within a distribution function. You'll deliver exceptional client service, manage day-to-day client relationships across asset classes, and support business development to drive growth and enhance Aviva Investors' market reputation.

A bit about the job:

We're looking for a Client Service Associate to join our Distribution team in Dublin on a full-time basis. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service while supporting strategic growth. As a Client Service Associate, you'll be at the heart of our client relationships, managing day-to-day interactions across a range of asset classes. You'll ensure timely and accurate delivery of regulatory, fund, and market reports, resolve technical queries, and coordinate legal documentation. Your role will be key in maintaining a high level of client retention and promoting a culture of service excellence across the organisation.

You'll work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure our clients receive a seamless experience, while also contributing to the wider business development efforts. From attending client meetings to maintaining accurate records in Salesforce, you'll be a trusted point of contact who helps shape a positive market perception of Aviva Investors. Skills and experience we're looking for:

  • Strong understanding of business development processes within Insurance and/or wealth markets, with the ability to identify cross-selling opportunities and support strategic initiatives.

  • Proven experience in client service delivery, including managing relationships, resolving queries, and coordinating pitches, updates, and events.

  • Solid knowledge of asset management or insurance operations, particularly within a distribution function, and familiarity with marketing campaigns and communications.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build trusted relationships across teams.

  • Highly organised and motivated to deliver first-class client service, balancing client needs with business objectives.
