Strategic Leadership Role

  • Main Functions:
  • Develop and implement a five-year strategic plan, addressing capital development, service initiatives, and future clinical, operational, and business arrangements.
  • Lead performance monitoring and ensure progress towards agreed targets and objectives.
  • Maintain effective relationships with external bodies, including insurers, the National Treatment Purchase Fund, and other relevant public and private entities.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  • A third-level degree in healthcare or business management, preferably with a master's qualification.
  • Four to eight years of experience in a senior management position, ideally in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and implement change effectively.
  • An effective communicator and leader, with the capacity to motivate and engage others.
  • The ability to define problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions, making informed decisions and taking appropriate action.
