We are seeking a highly experienced Accounts Payable Officer to manage our supplier accounts.
Responsibilities:- Supervise the processing of high volumes of supplier invoices
- Reconcile and settle monthly supplier accounts
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure smooth payment cycles
- Assist in negotiating new supplier contracts and procurement processes
- Oversee weekly and monthly payment schedules
- Ensure compliance with purchasing workflows across departments
The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing supplier relationships, from order origination through to payment.
Requirements:- Proven experience in an Accounts Payable role
- Strong analytical skills for accuracy and completeness
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and proactive, with ability to meet deadlines
- Hands-on experience with accounting software would be beneficial
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Strong problem-solving abilities
