First-Level Technical Support Role

We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing incidents, and maintaining knowledge base management systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform incident management on support products and services by analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues efficiently.
- Contribute to the development of technical content and departmental procedures to enhance the knowledge base.
- Maintain awareness of current initiatives, rollouts, and changes to technical environments through continuous learning and professional development.
- Adhere to established service desk processes and guidelines during the incident lifecycle.
- Triaged, resolve incidents, and respond to queries related to various technologies, applications, and devices.
- Ensure adherence to agreed service levels and quality measures to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by your manager.
- Stamp4/Stamp 1G Dependent Visa/EU Citizen/British Citizen only (no sponsorship roles).
This is a contract-based position with an initial term until the end of the year, with possibilities for extension later. We are conducting an urgent recruitment drive and seek candidates who can start immediately.
