Key Responsibilities

As a highly skilled ASU Case Manager, you will be responsible for:

  1. Proactively managing an assigned portfolio of mortgage arrears cases;
  2. Progressing appropriate resolutions for customers in line with relevant industry codes and regulations;
  3. Performing general loan administration tasks, including handling inbound and outbound arrears calls;
  4. Accurately recording information on systems of record and trackers;
  5. Efficiently and professionally handling all communication from customers and third parties;

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • Previous experience in financial services, particularly in phone-based collections or mortgage arrears support;
  • Portfolio management or relationship management experience;
  • Familiarity with relevant industry codes such as CCMA and CPC;

This is a great opportunity to work with a specialized recruitment agency and gain valuable experience in financial services.

The role is based 2 days onsite and 3 days from home. We look forward to receiving your application.
