Technical Service Desk Professional

Codec Azure is currently seeking a Technical Service Desk Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience working in a similar IT-based Service Desk role and will be responsible for providing high-quality support services to our customers. This is a hybrid role that requires the candidate to work in a busy support area and may involve traveling to client sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing technical support to internal staff and customers.
- Answering the Helpdesk phone number and accurately logging, analyzing, prioritizing, and solving incidents.
- Providing PC troubleshooting for internal end users and customers using remote-control tools and desk-side support.
- Escalating end user requests when required.
