Job Description:

The Office Operations Manager will be responsible for managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities, as well as providing administrative assistance to the sales team. This includes answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing client inquiries in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing client inquiries.
  • Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of contracts, invoices, and other important documents.
  • Financial Tasks: Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, payroll, and expense tracking.
  • Communication: Coordinate communication between office staff, sales team, and customers to ensure timely updates and information flow.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or in a related administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
