Job Description

As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of payroll clients including preparation and review of monthly payroll files and statutory financial statements. You will also assist with payroll-related queries from clients and provide ad-hoc assistance as required.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Irish payroll processing and a payroll qualification from IPASS or equivalent. They will have a good working knowledge of Irish payroll legislation and practices and proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll software such as Sage, Thesaurus, BrightPay.

You will work independently and as part of a team to execute client engagements and technical queries in an efficient and professional manner. The role offers the opportunity to work with partners and directors on firm-wide engagements and contribute to the operational management of the financial reporting team.

Ideal Candidate
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Irish payroll processing
  • A payroll qualification from IPASS or equivalent
  • A good working knowledge of Irish payroll legislation and practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll software such as Sage, Thesaurus, BrightPay
Key Skills

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality are essential for this role. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are also required.
