Job Title: Data Visualization Specialist

As a Data Visualization Specialist, you will play a crucial role in unlocking the power of data to drive business decisions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable visualizations.

Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop interactive and insightful Power BI dashboards and reports that meet stakeholder requirements.
2. Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into user stories and actionable visualizations.
3. Help train and develop existing team members in Power BI best practices.
4. Communicate complex findings in a clear, concise, and actionable manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
5. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in reports through rigorous attention to detail and thorough data validation.
6. Use SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from multiple sources.

Requirements:
1. 24 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
2. Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and dashboard design best practices.
3. Strong experience in SQL for data extraction and transformation.
4. Ability to create detailed and accurate user stories based on stakeholder input.
5. Excellent communication skills, able to present findings and recommendations to a diverse audience.
6. Skilled in problem-solving, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional data visualizations and dashboards.
8. Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and information gathering capabilities.
9. Experience or understanding of healthcare data and workflows is a plus.
10. Comfortable working in agile or iterative development environments.
11. Bachelors degree in a related field (e.g., Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, Economics).
12. Experience with other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik) is a bonus.
13. Familiarity with data warehousing concepts or tools (e.g., Azure, Snowflake) is advantageous.
