Job Opportunity

We are seeking a professional to fill a German Billing Associate role. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in customer service.

  • The selected individual will be responsible for managing billing documents, identifying errors, and issuing credit/debit notes.
  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email is also a key responsibility.

Key Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants must have a minimum of one year of customer service experience. Experience using Microsoft Excel is an advantage.

  • A university education is not essential but preferred.
