Job Title: E-Billing Specialist

E-billing specialists are integral to the success of our organization, responsible for maintaining trackers with accuracy and submitting invoices in a timely manner through customer portals.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Ensuring daily tracker maintenance with precision
  • Submitting invoices on time via customer portals
  • Collaborating with branches and CRM systems to resolve issues related to non-submittable items in customer portals
  • Utilizing problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues with necessary stakeholders
  • Leading setup processes for new portals and customers transitioning to customer portal-based invoice submission
  • Compiling and providing monthly issue reports to leadership for visibility into ongoing issues
  • Generating monthly statistics on e-billing volume by portal
  • Performing various financial transactions related to billing and supporting the entire billing process
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for billing support
  • Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with customers and other stakeholders involved in the billing process, adhering to confidentiality protocols
  • Processing approved invoice cancellations and/or credits
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of billing experience
  • Proficiency in computer skills including email, MS Access, MS Word, MS Excel, and electronic spreadsheet software
  • Working knowledge of SAP (preferably)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain attention to detail and possess strong organizational skills
  • Capacity to overcome obstacles, adapt to unexpected situations, and maintain momentum
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and in fast-paced environments
  • Able to collaborate with teams and work independently
  • Self-motivated and reliable individual
  • Strong desire to learn and grow professionally
