Our law firm is seeking a skilled and ambitious Corporate Lawyer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling complex corporate transactions, providing expert legal advice, and working closely with clients to achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. ">
  2. Mergers and acquisitions, share and asset sales, and investment agreements">
  3. Corporate structuring, inward investment, and commercial contracts">
  4. Commercial law arrangements including master services agreements, outsourcing arrangements, distribution and agency agreements">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • 4-5 years' post-qualification experience in Corporate/M&A/Commercial law">
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality work">
  • Strong technical knowledge of the Companies Acts and company law legislation and regulation">
  • Ability to exercise sound judgement, possessing a positive attitude and being a genuine team player">
  • Ambition to be a key member of a dynamic and differentiated Corporate and Business law firm">
