Talent Management Specialist

Key responsibilities include executing talent strategies and initiatives, collaborating with the team to develop and embed best practices in employee performance, growth, and engagement.

  • Strategic Execution: Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of key talent initiatives, including performance management, talent reviews, goal-setting, promotion processes.
  • Process Enhancement: Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions to improve operational workflow, tools, and platforms across the Talent function.
  • Platform Governance: Partner with Talent & Development team members and vendors to manage and maintain talent platforms.
  • Insight Generation: Utilize talent data to create insights.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Maintain accurate procedure documentation and ensure talent programs comply with relevant organizational policies.
  • Change Enablement: Support the communication, training, and adoption of new processes, tools, and programs across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent management, excellent project management and organizational skills, and experience using data to drive decisions. They will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

This is a hybrid role, requiring at least 3 days per week in office, and can be based in Dublin, London, or Krakow office locations. We value diverse experiences and transferrable skillsets, and encourage applicants from non-traditional backgrounds to apply.
