About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned Finishing Foreman to take on a key leadership position with one of our esteemed clients in the Letterkenny area. As a permanent member of their team, you will oversee all finishing trades on-site, ensuring high-quality workmanship and timely completion of tasks.

The successful candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, with experience in leading teams and managing projects from start to finish. You should be proficient in interpreting drawings, plans, and specifications, and have a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities
• Lead finishing trades on-site, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications
• Manage subcontractors, prioritizing safety and project deadlines
• Conduct regular quality control inspections and address any issues promptly
• Collaborate with the Site Manager and project team to meet project expectations

Requirements
• Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman in commercial, residential, or fit-out projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to interpret drawings, plans, and specifications
• H&S knowledge and valid Safe pass/CST/Manual Handling certification
