Role Overview

The Franchise Operations Manager will lead the regional operations teams to achieve maximum outputs and profitable outcomes. They will ensure that all team members work in sync, fostering trusted relationships with franchise pharmacy customers and partners.

This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to manage the Operations team, collaborate with internal teams, and execute trade plan activities and Navi initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Operations team, leading, collaborating, and developing in line with Navi's overall mission and KPIs
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the Operations Managers' interactions with franchise pharmacy customers and partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute trade plan activities and Navi initiatives
  • Promote customer advocacy by actively collecting and responding to franchise customer feedback
  • Deliver feedback from members to key stakeholders within Navi
  • Communicate effectively with franchise partners, updating them on key KPIs and industry insights
  • Oversee the sales pipeline for Navi Products and Services within the Franchise Group
  • Liaise with the Procurement team to provide advice and feedback on inventory management for customers
  • Ensure the successful onboarding of new members to the franchise group
  • Advise independent pharmacy owners on maximizing turnover and margin, as well as encouraging operational efficiency in store
  • Review company practices to ensure maximum satisfaction for customers interacting with Navi Group
  • Liaise and collaborate with internal teams to align annual financial objectives with business KPIs - quantitative and qualitative
  • Identify opportunities in each pharmacy and develop business plans to maximize potential
  • Develop action plans for stores covering all KPIs and measure performance against agreed benchmarks
  • Maintain exceptional retail standards across the region and ensure promotional and planogram compliance
