Site Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team and play a key role in delivering a high-quality project.

">

The ideal candidate will have minimum 10 years relevant experience managing large-scale residential and commercial projects, a full Irish driving licence, valid Safe Pass & Manual Handling certification, strong IT skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a strong work ethic and team-focused approach.

Key responsibilities include:

  • ">
  • Liaising with the Project Manager and Senior Management on large-scale residential and development projects">
  • Managing day-to-day site activities throughout the project lifecycle">
  • Reviewing and understanding all drawings and specifications, highlighting errors/omissions to the design team promptly">
  • Maintaining accurate records of construction quality, workmanship, and materials">
  • Ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, building regulations, and statutory requirements">
  • Supervising and coordinating subcontractors effectively">

Requirements include:

  • ">

  • Strong IT skills, proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and experience with construction document control systems (e.g. Procore)">
