Project Overview

">

The company is seeking an experienced Site Manager to take charge of new build residential projects in Limerick.

">

Key Responsibilities

">
  • ">
  • Coordination and supervision of construction works, including management of direct staff, trades, and subcontractors.">
  • Host meetings with architects, design teams, site crew, and senior management to update them on project progress.">
  • Lead weekly toolbox talks and whiteboard meetings, updating the site diary, and reading and interpreting drawings.">
  • Supervise works on site, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.">
  • Plan and coordinate daily site requirements, including labour, materials ordering, and meeting deadlines.">
  • Perform company compliance, H&S, and administration procedures, recording site operations performance and progress.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • A degree in Construction Management or similar trade qualifications.">
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience managing residential projects with a Main Contractor/Developer in Ireland.">
  • Ability to effectively manage site programmes and associated schedules to required deadlines.">
  • Strong I.T. skills, particularly in Microsoft Suite, including Project.">
