Senior Site Engineer – Residential Developments

Malahide & Dunboyne, Co. Dublin/Meath

We are seeking a Senior Site Engineer to take ownership of setting out, site coordination, and delivery on live projects in Malahide and Dunboyne.

This is an opportunity for an ambitious engineer to play a central role in the successful delivery of large-scale residential communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Setting Out: Lead the process of setting out houses, apartments, roads, and drainage.
  • Site Operations: Oversee day-to-day site operations, subcontractors, and trades.
  • Programme Delivery: Drive programme delivery, ensuring milestones are achieved.
  • Quality, Safety, and Compliance: Maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
  • Site Records: Prepare site records, progress reports, and as-built drawings.
  • Liaison: Liaise with project management, design teams, and local authorities.
  • Mentorship: Mentor and support junior engineers and site staff.
Requirements
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in residential construction, ideally with housing and RC frame.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong technical expertise in setting out and construction sequencing.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership in supervising subcontractors and site teams.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in AutoCAD, surveying equipment, and MS Office.
  • Clean Driving Licence: Full clean driving licence.
