Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Site Engineer to join our team on a Residential project in Dublin City.

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting out and checking works as required, ensuring all works are completed in line with project drawings specifications and building regulations.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading Property developer delivering high-standard residential developments across ROI.

The role involves:

  • Setting out and checking works as required for the project.
  • Performing checks on the quality of works completed to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Liaising with sub-contractors and site personnel to plan daily tasks.
  • Ensuring H&S standards are met and adhered to on site.
  • Supporting the Project Manager, Contracts Manager and Senior Engineer to deliver the project as per programme and to a high standard.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
  • Experience working on residential apartments, preferably with a Main Contractor in ROI.
  • Ability to use setting out instruments and being competent in all aspects of set out, survey & level, temporary works co-ordination.
