Project Director Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Director to lead the construction of a residential development in Kinsealy, North Dublin.

Key Responsibilities

  • To take ownership of the project and ensure it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • To oversee the construction process on site, ensuring that all works are carried out safely and efficiently.
  • To manage and motivate project teams, including the supervision of staff and sub-contractors.
  • To conduct risk assessments and ensure that all processes are being adhered to on a project by project basis.
  • To ensure that the end product meets the client's expectations in relation to build and finish.

Requirements

  • Hold a relevant construction or engineering qualification.
  • Have 5+ years of previous experience working on large-scale residential development projects in a similar role.
  • Be able to work on own initiative and have strong team building skills.
  • Have analytical and decision-making skills, as well as strong budgeting and financial management skills.
  • Have excellent written and oral presentation skills.
