Senior Property and Compliance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead all property, compliance, and maintenance functions across our Dublin-based portfolio.

  • Source and manage external contractors for specialist and planned works
  • Deliver small works and capex projects, ensuring alignment with budget and timeline requirements
  • Manage property-related budgets, reporting, and forecasting to ensure optimal performance
  • Ensure full regulatory compliance across the portfolio by overseeing inspections, certifications, and compliance documentation
  • Oversight and management of an in-house maintenance team to deliver proactive and reactive works efficiently

This is a newly created, standalone role reporting directly into the Chief Operating Officer. It offers a rare opportunity to shape and implement the property and compliance function from the ground up.

Requirements:
  • Good technical knowledge of building compliance, statutory regulations, and facility systems
  • Experience managing property and maintenance functions in multi-site operations, preferably in hospitality or retail
  • Proven ability to manage both people and contractors effectively, ensuring seamless execution of tasks
  • Confident working with regulators, landlords, and senior internal stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Budget-conscious and commercially aware, with a focus on delivering value-added results
  • Self-starter with a hands-on approach, solutions mindset, and ability to adapt to changing circumstances
