Executive Property Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced facilities management professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of a prestigious mixed-use complex in Dublin City Centre.

The estate comprises residential apartments, commercial units, and public carparks, requiring a hands-on leader who can ensure the property is safe, well-maintained, and running efficiently while delivering exceptional service to residents, tenants, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations across residential, commercial, and public spaces.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal requirements.
  • Develop preventative maintenance plans and coordinate repairs, upgrades, and installations.
  • Manage and supervise contractors and service providers.
  • Conduct regular inspections and ensure building systems are fully operational.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests, complaints, and queries.
  • Support the Residential and Commercial Managers in achieving high tenant satisfaction.
  • Recruit, train, and manage on-site staff.
  • Set schedules, allocate tasks, and monitor performance.
  • Ensure full compliance with safety legislation.
  • Carry out safety inspections and manage emergency procedures.
  • Maintain safety equipment and accurate incident records.
  • Oversee carpark operations in collaboration with operators.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance and inspection records.
  • Assist with budgeting and provide regular updates to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in facilities management, preferably in a mixed-use development.
  • Ideally from a technical background or strong technical knowledge.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, safety regulations, and maintenance best practices.
  • Budget management experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of sustainability and energy efficiency is a plus.
