Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the preparation, execution, and review of monthly payrolls across various regions* Administer payroll operations for international locations including the UK and Ireland* Conduct quarterly payroll processing for Irish funds* Input and upload payroll data into the company's accounting platform (S4 Hana/SAP) and facilitate payroll payments as required* Coordinate with Finance, HR, external benefits providers, and outsourced payroll partners* Distribute payslips and grant employees access to payroll portals (ADP/TMF) as required

Requirements
* A minimum of 4 years of prior payroll experience, preferably within a financial services or regulated environment* Proficiency in Excel and strong IT capabilities* Strong skills in analysis, numerical reasoning, and problem-solving* Proven ability to handle multiple responsibilities and manage priorities efficiently* Experience with payroll systems such as ADP, TMF, or similar software is beneficial* Understanding of S4 Hana/SAP or comparable accounting platforms is an advantage* Familiarity with UK and/or Irish employment tax regulations is preferred
