We are seeking a highly skilled IT Services Resilience Manager to join our Information Systems team in Dublin.
About the Role:This exciting opportunity involves leading our IT services resilience initiatives, ensuring seamless business continuity, and optimizing our IT asset infrastructure.
Main Responsibilities:Business Continuity Planning:- Implement disaster recovery solutions, backup strategies, and resiliency processes to enhance our overall maturity.
- Design and conduct departmental disaster recovery tests to evaluate preparedness and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance IT services resilience, architecture, and processes.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive IT disaster recovery plans to guarantee service availability and rapid recovery.
- Respond to and manage critical incidents to minimize business disruption.
- Act as the primary point of contact for IT in regards to DORA compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate and refine our IT resiliency practices to ensure adherence to DORA standards.
- Perform periodic audits of our IT asset infrastructure to ensure accurate accounting and optimal utilization.
- Host and facilitate monthly departmental Asset Management meetings to align on strategic goals and progress.
- Regularly update the Asset Management Framework and process documentation to reflect current best practices.
A minimum of 8 years' experience in IT resilience, disaster recovery, and incident management is required.
