We are seeking an experienced Proposal Manager to lead our pitches from start to finish.

Key responsibilities will include project managing the pitch process, leading a team of bid managers and coordinators, developing and implementing a clear pitching strategy that aligns with business objectives.

  • Core Responsibilities:
  • Project manage the entire pitch process, from planning to pricing and presenting.
  • Lead a team of bid managers and coordinators, offering guidance and support on best practices, processes and tools.
  • Develop and implement a clear pitching strategy that aligns with business objectives and review it regularly to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong written abilities with attention to detail, editing and proof-reading skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate and liaise effectively.
  • Able to prioritise workloads and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High level of proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to multi-task and manage priorities in order to meet deadlines.
