The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Catering Manager to join our team based in Dublin. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the catering services throughout the year, working 5 days out of 7. Your key responsibilities will include assisting with all aspects of preparation and presentation to the Company's standards, carrying out reporting upon the monthly and annual Profit & Loss within the unit, ensuring compliance and adherence with Financial Regulations and procedures, and providing an efficient and friendly service to customers in all areas of the catering department.
Key Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to be eligible to work in the EU/EEA, have experience in a similar role, hold a Food Hygiene Level 3 qualification, and possess good communication skills - written and verbal. You will also need to demonstrate great team work skills, exceptional customer service skills, and basic statutory training for the role.
