Job DescriptionThe Technical Writer will be responsible for leading Fexco's technical documentation strategy, producing high-quality digital and written documentation, and collaborating with internal teams to gain an in-depth understanding of the business and product.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement a cross-product documentation management strategy, introducing best practices for creating, storing, and managing product documentation.
- Produce high-quality documentation, ensuring it is appropriate for the intended audience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gain an in-depth understanding of the business and product.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, with experience in creating and implementing a new strategic approach to technical writing preferred.
- Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Technical Writing, Technical Communications, or a related field, or engineering degrees with excellent English writing skills.
