This is a full-time position involving 35 hours per week. The successful candidate will work in one of our locations in Kildare, Offaly, or Wicklow. Salary will be paid according to the Department of Health Consolidated Salary Scales.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum qualification of QQI Level 5 Intellectual Disability Practice / Social Care / Community Support Worker">
  • A full, clean, manual Irish driving license">
  • Eligibility to work in Ireland without sponsorship">
  • An understanding of person-centered planning, advocacy, safeguarding, and risk management">
  • A proven track record in developing and implementing individual support plans">
  • Experience working with individuals who may exhibit challenging behavior">
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, interpersonal, organizational, and initiative skills">
  • IT skills and ability to carry out administrative tasks">
