Highly Skilled IT Professional Wanted

Our organization seeks a seasoned IT System Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar IT infrastructure or support role, and possess a strong problem-solving skillset with excellent attention to detail and customer service focus.
Responsibilities- Provide Level 1, 2, and 3 technical support to 270 end users across multiple sites.
- Act as the lead technical resource for internal IT projects.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors to successfully deliver new IT services.
- Administer and maintain existing IT infrastructure and systems.
- Proactively suggest and implement improvements to enhance IT service delivery.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar IT infrastructure or support role.
- Third-level qualification in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline (desirable).
- Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail and customer service focus.
- Experience with cabling projects and other hands-on physical IT tasks.
- Technical expertise across:
- Server Technology: VMware, Hyper-V, Windows Server
- Cloud & Productivity: Azure Cloud, Office 365
- Backup Technologies: Veeam, Spanning
- Security: SOC/SIEM
- Device Management: Intune
- Telephony: Teams, RingCentral
- Networking: Fortinet, Aruba
- Skills in project management and service management.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Strong communication, resilience under pressure, and ability to work autonomously with a growth mindset.
