We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our team in the Munster region. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing operational teams across the region to achieve excellence in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support operational teams to achieve high levels of service delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted partner and ensuring contract compliance.
  • Drive operational performance, ensuring consistent achievement of KPIs, budgets, and service standards.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement, enhancing the customer experience.
  • Ensure all sites operate in line with group policies, including health & safety, sustainability, and food safety standards.

The Ideal Candidate

Requirements include:
  • Proven experience in a multi-site management role, preferably within catering, hospitality, or facilities management.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, inspiring and motivating diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a client-focused approach.
  • Commercially astute with a track record of delivering financial and operational targets.
  • Flexible and resilient, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Requirements
  • Full driving license and ability to travel regularly within the Munster region.
