About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive business operations across the Munster region. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading operational teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

  • Lead high-performing operational teams to achieve excellence in service delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong client partnerships, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring contract compliance.
  • Drive operational performance, ensuring consistent achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs), budgets, and service standards.
  • Champion innovation and continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
  • E nsure all sites operate in line with group policies, including health & safety, sustainability, and food safety standards.
  • Deliver financial performance targets and manage resources effectively.
  • Support new business mobilisations and retention of existing contracts.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a multi-site management role, preferably within catering, hospitality, or facilities management.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a client-focused approach.
  • Commercially astute with a track record of delivering financial and operational targets.
  • Flexible and resilient, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Full driving licence and ability to travel regularly within the Munster region.
