Business Development Executive

We are seeking a skilled professional to play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing a successful sales strategy for our retail dealer network.

In this position, you will support and develop existing retail partners while actively seeking new business opportunities across the West Region of Ireland.

  • Drive sales growth across the region by identifying and maximising new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing dealer and licensee customers to achieve volume and margin targets.
  • Regularly review sales performance, address variances, and implement corrective actions where required.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven track record in sales with a strong focus on achieving KPIs.
  • Key account management experience within retail, FMCG, or related industries.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to deliver strategic sales plans.

A full clean driving licence and willingness to travel regularly is also required for this position.
