We are seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager for our client, a global leader in food and support services, to oversee business across the Munster region.
This role will suit a dynamic leader who can inspire teams, manage client relationships, and ensure the delivery of exceptional services across multiple sites.
Location: Munster Salary: €70-75k plus benefits Hours: Monday to Friday Key Responsibilities Lead, support, and develop operational teams across the Munster region to achieve excellence in service delivery.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted partner and ensuring contract compliance.
Drive operational performance, ensuring consistent achievement of KPIs, budgets, and service standards.
Champion innovation and continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
Ensure all sites operate in line with group policies, including health & safety, sustainability, and food safety standards.
Deliver financial performance targets and manage resources effectively.
Support new business mobilisations and retention of existing contracts.
The Ideal Operations Manager: Proven experience in a multi-site management role, ideally within catering, hospitality, or facilities management.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a client-focused approach.
Commercially astute with a track record of delivering financial and operational targets.
Flexible and resilient, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Full driving licence and ability to travel regularly within the Munster region.
