We are seeking an exceptional Senior Staff Applications Verification Engineer to spearhead our IC verification efforts.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead pre-silicon HW emulation plans for seamless design verification.
  • Design verification IP for portability across various verification environments, ensuring efficient testing.
  • Evaluate system performance of candidate designs to guarantee IC tapeout readiness.
  • Benchmark FPGA and IC application performance against customer requirements, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Develop lab-based automation for instrument control, HW platform control, data collection, and results analysis.
  • Design, develop, and maintain HW platforms to support IC designs.
  • Test proprietary digital communications interfaces for protocol compliance.
  • Verify digital protocol interfaces for full specification compliance.

 

Requirements:

  • PhD or post-graduate degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years' relevant engineering experience, with expertise in power conversion.
  • Extensive experience in developing and owning design evaluation plans.
  • Experience in HW emulation as a tool for pre-silicon verification of IC designs.
  • Deep understanding of power systems, including performance improvements and optimizations.
  • Excellent debug and analytical skills for root cause identification of issues in FPGA or IC environments.
  • Ability to work in a structured, organized lab environment and effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.
